During my stay at Motelo Bielefeld - Smart, I was pleased with two main features. the provided database allowed me to access a range of useful information about the hotel, making it easy to find any information I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities which included a fridge. This was a convenient feature that allowed me to store snacks and drinks, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

Despite the positive aspects, I did find one minor negative feature during my stay. While the rooms themselves were clean and well-maintained, the hallways and lobby of the hotel were not as pleasant.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room that could accommodate up to 5 people. The location was ideal and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay at Motelo.

I keep coming back because it has everything: Wi-Fi, parking, a coffee shop. , the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. At Motelo, I get a VIP check-in, a flat-screen TV, and a playpen. Plus, it's adults only with no smoking or pets. Can't wait to come back for a holiday!
